In all my experience with recruiting and training I have found there are several “must haves” that identify people who have the potential to be a rock star on a sales team. Believe it or not, very little of a person’s success has to do with how smart or aggressive they are. Instead it has a lot more to do with the intangibles. Here are three super important things to look for that will tell you a lot in the interview phase about whether you might have a potential winner on your hands.
